Why should I complete the map?
Completing the map allows you to explore other islands. Currently, the Volcano Island can be explored which lets you expand your empire, find gold, uncover resources, and have access to new special buildings like the Temple of Zeus and the Giant Moai Statue.
What is the Temple of Zeus?
If you complete the Volcano Island you will take over an incredible looking building called the Temple of Zeus. Every day the gods will offer you four resources and you can choose which one of these four resources you get!
What is the Giant Moai Statue?
This is a special Wonder found only on the Volcano Island that gives a large bonus to happiness and fame. The Wonder is unique because you can only find resources to complete it by exploring the Volcano Island.
How many map fragments do I get a day?
You start with 10 map fragments. You receive 10 map fragments every day you login.
How can I get more map fragments?
Besides your 10 daily map fragments, you can get more in two ways. First, you can ask your friends to send you map fragments by publishing a Facebook feed. Each friend who helps you will give you 1 map fragment. Second, you can purchase all remaining map fragments for 1 PFC each.
How many times can my friends help me get map fragments?
You can receive up to 10 map fragments each day.
How can I use my map fragments?
First, open up the Map panel by clicking on the Map icon above the neighbor bar and to the left of the Build icon. The number of map fragments you have will display in the bottom left of the Map panel. If you have 1 or more map fragments, you can click on a square on the map. You will reveal that part of the map and also get coins. You get more coins for each tile you reveal!
When can I visit new islands?
You must complete the entire map (29 map fragments) in order to visit the new island.
